1. Be grateful: the beginning or the end of each day to guess what you     have and not as what you do not   have. Make it a  ritual: “I am  grateful for ..” Do this 5 times, in quite another.

2. Make sure your fork or your sandwich between mouthfuls. Thus, you    are less likely to eat and enjoy   your meal.

3. Ask a friend – but not by e-mail, but on the phone, or even better, together.

4. Seated at the dining table, but the table of bills, things to do, and so does not help your digestion, overlooking your unpaid bills, while you eat.

5. walk (or jog or run) a little more. It is less than 10000 steps a day, but most people are only 3000 to 4000 Buying a pedometer to ensure that your motivation.

6. drink more water. It is good for your skin to avoid constipation and may help you lose weight, because we often misinterpret the request of the body as a foodstuff thirst request.

7. Volunteer to help someone else. Research shows that we are living longer and happier life, if we spend the time to help others and not just ourselves.

8. Have a laugh. Buy yourself a child’s joke book, and indulge, or buy a bubble making machine and run around after the bubbles (see tip 5)

9 Look at the sky. Research has shown that people in the hospital make better recovery if they can see the sky from their hospital beds. Why wait to be sick? Enjoy now.
